Boy, is it a slow news week! Nothing interesting happening this week, except for the fact that I am working on a Spanish to English translation of a financial booklet for a major bank. It’s been keeping me up until Midnight or later, but it’s worth it.
In addition to that project, I have been continuing to build my body of mask works by creating more miniatures. It's amazing to me how limitless the possibilities are for form, theme and color. This week I made the “Zombie Elvis” and this other one, which has yet to be named. For now, I’m calling him “That green one” until something hits me. In an effort to use recycled materials, I was able to incorporate more parts from my brown leather Converse shoes that bit the dust last month.
